On this tour, you will be able to explore the ruins of Housesteads Roman Fort, one of the original forts built along Hadrian’s Wall. You will get a chance to see where civilians and soldiers lived. Moreover, you will get a better understanding of what remains of the best-preserved Roman fort in Northumberland. Please note that you will have to enter the fort, since this audio tour will only be an accompaniment to the visit.
