Staff was exceedingly friendly and caring, even checking multiple times if everything was alright with the room and the meals. The meals themselves were very nice, varied and delicious. The dinner had a large amount of meat for Japanese standards, which was nice. You can reserve the bath in advance for an hour, which is great. The bath itself is very hot and relaxing, I enjoyed it a lot. If I am ever back in Kamogawa, I will be coming back here.

Great location near Narita airport and offers shuttle service even early in the morning. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions, specially regarding about sending my luggage prior my arrival. Would totally stay there or give it a try to other hotels of this same chain.
